Job Description:
This person will be an extension of help to the owners. They will be responsible for servicing Forget Me Not Pots (FMNPots) container maintenance clients. This position will travel to our clients homes in and around Houston, to service their plant containers and help out with large installations. You will work closely with the FMNPots owners and keep them updated with your progress as well as the information you collect from your planter visits. This means checking the homeowners planters by trimming back overgrowth, removing expired plants, checking for bugs and plant diseases, planting new plants, cleaning areas from plant debris/dirt and removal of all trash. This can all be taught and we're not requiring plant experience. However if you are familiar with plants, that's a plus!
We also require lots of pictures and videos to be taken of the containers. We need to clearly convey any plant issues with our clients or view the growth progress. All images/videos taken will need to be uploaded to our drive immediately after maintenance visits. This position is also responsible for recording their maintenance trip and any plant information they uncovered in a maintenance form.
This person could be responsible for helping FMNPots owners out with large planter installations. This could be running errands for soil, pea gravel, plants, pots, etc. Carrying heavy loads of soil or pots and placing them in their final resting place.
This person may be featured on our social media pages and must be comfortable with the camera on them at times. Huge plus if you have photography skills.
